The journal Ecological Questions has achieved the highest CiteScore in the Scopus (Elsevier) ranking among all journals published by Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
The journal is edited by a team led by staff from the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection: Editor-in-Chief Dr. hab. Agnieszka Piernik, NCU Professor, and Executive Editors Prof. Dr. hab. Andrzej Nienartowicz and Dr. Anna Wojciechowska from the Department of Geobotany and Landscape Planning. It has been published since 2002. The CiteScore of Ecological Questions is 2.2. The journal is indexed in two subject areas: Geography, Planning and Development (Q2) and Ecology, Evolution, Behaviour and Systematics (Q3).
