Stipend Duration: 18 months
Project Description: Generation and characterization of synthetic single domain VHH antibodies against
nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subtypes. Under the supervision of the project leader: Dr. Ákos Nemecz.

Requirements:
• Active student at Nicolaus Copernicus University, either in second year of Master’s studies or with a
completed Master of Science in biochemistry, pharmacology, or related field.
• Biochemical laboratory experience, with focus on:
o protein purification
o tissue culture
o molecular biology.
• Good communication skills.
• Working proficiency in written and spoken English.
